Perfect to work standalone, if you have a NAS or other network storage options, you can record the vision on it, and of course in the internal SD card. After testing some cameras in our house and outdoors, I have now completely switched to Hikvision. The camera has been optimally integrated into my Synology server and works without any problems. Very good picture and so far no failures. It is more cumbersome than classic bullets but has advantages. In particular, it tends to get less dirty and therefore requires less maintenance. The video quality is exceptional, in my opinion, more than 2k for an IP camera would not make sense because controlling the video in real-time remotely would not be more fluid. Instead, here 2k coupled to h265 encoding (also offers h265+ wanting) goes like a splinter. Also, I always recommend taking EXIR chambers like this, able to produce an IR beam more uniform than the classic IR LEDs.
So great product at a price more than advantageous. The lens adjusts by hand during assembly, it is not motorized. I can only recommend it.
