📦 Orders & Payment

How do I track my order? +
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account and clicking “Order History” or by using our Track Your Order page.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Can I cancel or change my order? +
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number. Once production begins, we cannot make changes.
Is my payment information secure? +
Yes! We use SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processors. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take? +
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, expedited takes 2-3 business days, and express/overnight takes 1-2 business days. International orders take 10-20 business days depending on destination.
Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. No promo code needed — automatically applied at checkout.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
What happens if my package is lost? +
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If still missing, contact us within 7 days and we’ll help file a claim with the carrier.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? +
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Final sale items and custom printed designs are non-returnable.
How do I start a return? +
Visit our Returns & Exchanges page and fill out the return request form. Our team will provide a Return Authorization number and instructions within 24 hours.
Who pays for return shipping? +
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
How long until I get my refund? +
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method.

👕 Products & Sizing

What sizes do you offer? +
We offer sizes from XS to 3XL. Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you find the perfect fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
How should I care for my printed T-shirt? +
To maintain print quality, wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and high heat drying.
Are your products eco-friendly? +
Yes! We use water-based, nontoxic inks and partner with eco-conscious print providers. Many of our garments are made from organic or recycled materials.
Can I request a custom design? +
Absolutely! Visit our Custom Orders page to submit your design idea. Minimum order quantities may apply for custom prints.
