Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

This backpack is excellent, I loved it. It is a size S version, which unlike the size L I bought on another website does not have the space for the bottle on the side, however, this has a pocket that allows leaving frozen things. It is very comfortable, I already used it on a trip and I filled it and the weight is not felt so much since the sleeves of the backpack are very well padded. My computer is 17,6 inches and it enters this backpack perfectly. I measure 1.50 and the backpack suited me, since the size L was very long. Another detail is that if they throw shoes in the base compartment, this will take away space in the main pocket, but there is no problem since at the same time this serves as a separator. It's just the best travel backpack.
