The concept of the device is interesting, which is a pity it is the materials used that are not of quality, I wanted to grate a piece of carrot, the grater has been deformed by the carrot and the graters are not sharpened so it cuts much less well than a mandolin. Conclusion: disappointing! While a little more expensive to have qualitative materials would have been more wise!
